Honey Tuile

85g Unsalted Butter
45g Honey
175g A.P. Flour
175g Icing Sugar
3 Egg Whites
  1. Cream butter and honey together.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Store 1-2 hours in the cooler before use.
  4. Pipe onto baking sheet pan with parchment paper. Use any design you want.
  5. Place in cooler for 5-10 minutes to let set.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes with low fan.
  7. Let cool at room temperature.
