Made an awesome soup today. Whole pot of celery, chicken stock, sage, pepper, simmered, then I pureed. Added 6 cans tomato paste, and almost a full bottle of Clamato juice. Celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, basically a Caesar drink in soup form. I then added a roux to it to thicken it up and it was amazing. Threw in a touch of horseradish sauce later (shout out to Bloody Mary's) and it was fantastic. Writing this down so I don't forget.

Goes perfect with a dollop of sour cream, or shrimp, spicy beans, celery stalk, etc. Garnish out the wazoo as is traditional.
