Spinach Artichoke Dip

20 Grams (1/2 Cup) Rough Chopped Spinach
6 Artichoke Quarters, Separated By Hand
80 Grams Cream Cheese
45ml (3 tbsp) Sour Cream
30ml (2 tbsp) Mayo
32 Grams (4 tbsp) Shredded Mozzarella
Good Pinch Of Red Pepper Flakes
Pinch S+P
  1. Combine all ingredients in frying pan.
  2. Heat until the cheese has melted all in and there is a smooth consistent texture.
  3. Put in dish to be served.
