20 Grams (1/2 Cup) Rough Chopped Spinach
6 Artichoke Quarters, Separated By Hand
80 Grams Cream Cheese
45ml (3 tbsp) Sour Cream
30ml (2 tbsp) Mayo
32 Grams (4 tbsp) Shredded Mozzarella
Good Pinch Of Red Pepper Flakes
Pinch S+P
