30g Honey
60g Seedless Raspberry Preserves
90mL Olive Oil
125mL Salad Oil

- Whisk together the vinegars, lemon juice, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Slowly whisk in the honey and raspberry preserves.
- Whisk in the oils slowly, emulsifying the dressing.

Instead of salad oil you can use canola oil.
