- Combine the mayo, sour cream, sugar and vinegar in a bowl; whisk.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Adjust salt and pepper seasonings.
*Yields 3 Kilograms.*
Cut the cabbage in half, and then proceed to remove the core as well, using a chef knife.
When using the slicer to cut coleslaw set to around 2 and a quarter.
