Marinade Steak Recipe
1/3 cup rosso vermouth
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon peeled minced ginger root
1 teaspoon coarsely ground peppercorns
1/4 cup soy sauce

- Combine all ingredients in a zip lock bag.
- Marinade steak in bag for 24-48 hours.
- Cook steak to preference. I like to grill in then finish it in the oven with the marinade, adding butter to make a sauce out of it when done.
Note: if adding butter to sauce do it after you cook the steak, add the butter last, to finish, to avoid separation.
