Tartar Sauce 2

  • 1L Mayo
  • 50g Thinly Sliced Green Onions
  • 25ml Fine Chopped Parsley
  • 50g Minced Dill Pickles
  • 30ml Vinegar
  • 100g Sweet Relish
  • 50ml Minced Capers

Combine all ingredients.

Can use gherkins instead of dill pickles (if you want to use lots of pickles simply omit the relish), and add dijon mustard to add more flavour. As well can add the zest and juice of 2-3 lemons.
