Deep Fried Bananas

4 Ripe Bananas
100ML Melted Butter
200g Graham Crumbs (Roughly)
8 Scoops Ice Cream
8 Strawberries
Chocolate Sauce (Optional)
Strawberry Sauce (Optional)
150ml Whipping Cream (Optional)
4 Cherries (Optional)
  1. Melt the butter in a microwave or on top of the stove.
  2. Peel the bananas and brush the butter on the bananas until wet, if you don't have a brush you can roll the bananas in the butter.
  3. Roll the banana in the graham crumbs, making sure you have an even coating.
  4. Place bananas in deep fryer gently so the bananas do not break apart and cook until hot all the way through, about 1 and a half to 2 minutes in a 350 degree Fahrenheit fryer.
  5. Remove bananas from the fryer gently, roll in graham crumbs again and plate.
  6. Top with ice cream, sliced strawberries, whipping cream, chocolate or strawberry sauce, cherries etc.

I like to mix up the toppings every time I make this, these are just some of my recommended ones.
