1 Part Honey
1 Part Mustard (Half Dijon/Half Prepared Yellow Mustard)
Dash Of Lemon Juice
All parts by volume. Combine all ingredients with a rubber spatula, mixing well, making sure to get to the bottom and sides of the bowl. Place in new insert and store.
For a line sized portion that works out to 1kg bottle of honey, 2.1L of mayo (or 2.5kg), 350ml of both mustards (or 0.5kg).
Note use the non-grainy dijon mustard. That is my preference anyway as I find the grains give it a different texture.
