Thousand Island Dressing

7.5mL Red Wine Vinegar
7.5g Sugar
200mL Mayo
100g Ketchup
45g Red Diced Peppers
45g Green Diced Peppers
1.5 Chopped Hard Boiled Eggs
15mL Chopped parsley
0.5 Chopped Green Onion
TT Salt and Pepper
TT Worcestershire Sauce
  1. Combine the vinegar and sugar, stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Adjust seasonings with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

*Yields 500 Milliliters.*
