6 eggs
1/2 cup Sugar
0.6 Litre Milk
350 ml Cream
TT Nutmeg
TT Vanilla Extract

- Whisk the egg yolk and sugar together until they start to get frothy.
- In a separate bowl mix the egg whites with a teaspoon of sugar until medium peaks form.
- Slowly add the milk and then the cream into the egg yolk mixture. Add the flavourings to the mixture at this point as well.
- Gently fold/whisk the mixture into the egg whites, careful not to over mix/whisk.
- Garnish with nutmeg on top.
