6 eggs
1/2 cup Sugar
0.6 Litre Milk
350 ml Cream
TT Nutmeg
TT Vanilla Extract
  1. Whisk the egg yolk and sugar together until they start to get frothy.
  2. In a separate bowl mix the egg whites with a teaspoon of sugar until medium peaks form.
  3. Slowly add the milk and then the cream into the egg yolk mixture. Add the flavourings to the mixture at this point as well.
  4. Gently fold/whisk the mixture into the egg whites, careful not to over mix/whisk.
  5. Garnish with nutmeg on top.
