Blueberry Syrup
- ½ Pound Blueberries
- ½ Pound Sugar
- Water
- Combine blueberries and sugar in a pot, cover with water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce to a hard simmer and let simmer until nearly all water is removed (should be thick).
- Puree until well blended.
- Strain to remove bits of stem and skin.
