Basic Red Wine Vinaigrette

125mL Red Wine Vinegar
5.2g Mustard (Optional)
1 Minced Shallot
250mL Olive Or Canola Oil
125mL Extra Virgin Olive Oil Or Canola Oil
4.1g Sugar (Optional)
3g Salt
0.5g Coarse Ground Black Pepper
4.7g Minced Herbs (Such As Parsley, Chives, Tarragon)
  1. Combine the vinegar, mustard, and shallot.
  2. Whisk in the oil gradually.
  3. Season with sugar, salt, pepper. Add fresh herbs, if desired.
