Deep Fried Bananas
4 Ripe Bananas
100ML Melted Butter
200g Graham Crumbs (Roughly)
8 Scoops Ice Cream
8 Strawberries
Chocolate Sauce (Optional)
Strawberry Sauce (Optional)
150ml Whipping Cream (Optional)
4 Cherries (Optional)

- Melt the butter in a microwave or on top of the stove.
- Peel the bananas and brush the butter on the bananas until wet, if you don't have a brush you can roll the bananas in the butter.
- Roll the banana in the graham crumbs, making sure you have an even coating.
- Place bananas in deep fryer gently so the bananas do not break apart and cook until hot all the way through, about 1 and a half to 2 minutes in a 350 degree Fahrenheit fryer.
- Remove bananas from the fryer gently, roll in graham crumbs again and plate.
- Top with ice cream, sliced strawberries, whipping cream, chocolate or strawberry sauce, cherries etc.
I like to mix up the toppings every time I make this, these are just some of my recommended ones.
