Absurdity

We give then this position of authority over us to serve and protect. But we find its more and more about just holding that power and less and less about serving and protecting. They as people in a position of authority should be held more accountable for their actions, more scrutiny. Yet we find time and time again they are above reproach, that they are actually held to less standards and accountability than the general public.
