Absurdity

People say we don't know what happens when we die. But we do know. The neurons in our brain stop, we cease to be. The end. Simple. But people want to live in ignorance and denial. We need to ditch religion, stop trying to be soothed and understand its just us. There isn't some magical force that will save us at the last minute. There is no eternity waiting for us. This is the only life that matters and we need to damn well start acting like it.
