Absurdity

So I had to go up to the attic today to find something, and sadly I've found that all the lava lamps up there have shattered. Nothing can do about it, and they're frozen to the insulation right now so can't take them out. I guess I've learned a valuable lesson, don't store any glass in a Canadian attic unless you know it's heated, as it will shatter. I really liked those lamps too, had them since my late teens, and the milk one was especially awesome. They used to be in my room all the time, surrounding my TV, but after I went in to move with Diana and after we got our house I've only been bringing them out for Halloween. Oh well, no use crying over spilt lava.
