Pumpkin Pie Dessert

With pumpkin spice and an incredible sweet butternut squash puree. I made it by steaming the cut butternut squash for 5 minutes, then sauteing with brown sugar. Added a little chicken stock and roasted until dry, glazed it on the stove, adding a touch more brown sugar, then de-glazed the pan with a touch of chicken stock, pureed and boom! deliciousness.
