Absurdity

I think as Admin we sadly end up focusing on the negative instead of the positive. It ends up effecting how we interact with the group. I don't think it's as bad as we perceive it, it's just what we end up noticing. I think we need to actively focus ourselves on the positive and re evaluate ourselves from time to time before we get sucked in. Need to actively think and work against that cognitive bias.
