Absurdity

To me toxic masculinity is the things traditionally associated with masculinity that can be harmful to others, emotionally or physically.

I don't think there's an exact list and it may vary on culture, and it's not so much an individual level but a group level, things society and culture push more than just 1 person.

Example to me would be the idea that "real men" don't cry, or any form of gate keeping of what it means to be a man. We are all different and should accept others as well. Real men watch sports, real men like sports, guns, cars, beer. Real men are always horny. It's as much about what we do to ourselves, trying to conform and fit in a stereotype as others do to us as well.
