Absurdity

Dinner with my family today. Got call around 7:30 that there was a flood at work. It leaked into the coolers, lot of food had to be tossed, huge mess everywhere, the line, prep area, the coolers. Tomorrow is Christmas day, and now the restaurant will have to be closed (work at a hotel so it's supposed to be open). Flood occurred due to a burst pipe in the gym on the second floor. Lot of work Thursday cleaning, trying to get the prep back in order, will be a long day. Dinner was good, pretty tired so feel asleep, woke up to presents being opened. Ryder seemed pretty happy.
