Absurdity

I try to teach them it's okay to be friendly with everyone, always nice to talk to people, and most people are just friends you haven't made yet. But at the same time if someone is giving a bad or weird vibe or makes you feel weird or things you don't feel safe or comfortable with it's perfectly fine to not talk to them, to walk away, or say something to an adult you do know and trust. Teach them about consent with anyone, strangers or family, that they can always say no to a hug or anything.
