He did this to me last night too. I cleaned the cutting board, then went to clean the elements, and somewhere along the way a double breast came along. Being the helpful person that he is he took it out of the cooler and put it on the cutting board I just cleaned for when I came back with the elements...

He was on hot side tonight, and I saw this a lot, he would just leave it on the cutting board, or open it up on the board. Maybe he thinks it's okay if it's saran wrapped, but saran wrap tends to leak and get juices all over the board, which he then uses his cloth to clean up, and do everything with.
