As is the trend, all of these are from various points in time in the last year or so.

Except we never want to actually tax the oil and gas industry and instead subsidize them, and we won't nationalize our energy sector, so all the money goes into private for profit companies instead of government funds. If we had kept our energy sector publicly owned like Norway we could have a good amount right now, but further oil harvesting will only harm the environment and see no benefit to the average Canadian citizen.

I'd say there are now two. The first ship is independent from the second, it doesn't matter if there is now a second that has been re assembled the first still retains that which it is. Or there are now one pending how you view it, but the first ship is still independent. Makes me think of the Deadpool Dilemma. If you cut him exactly in half and they both regenerate, which one is the original? Are there now two originals?

We need a renewed push for Canadian owned media all together, traditional and online. We need Canadian social media that doesn't bend to American laws.

Ad was good (Ford ad to the States regarding tariffs), Trump would have had a tantrum over something, better to try to educate Americans. Canada shouldn't bother trying to have trade with America right now. Their leader is too emotional and the country is unstable.

Lol Trump is such a joke. Don't blame Ford, he is never serious about negotiations and would have found another reason to do a 180, yet again. Trump is a child who doesn't really care about trade, he just wants chaos to take our country. If it wasn't Ford it would have been some other excuse like it is every time. We can't appease him and shouldn't bother trying.

Not many, but I think it was a good thing. Solid foreshadowing, clues which were clues. Tired of shows dropping red herrings everywhere and pulling something out of nothing in the end to "trick" you on the twist. (Not sure what show this was in reference to, but stands in general).

YTV dark night defined the Halloween season and hype. Watching Halloween episodes for weeks leading up to Halloween. Lead up from pj's to dark night before Halloween was peak entertainment.

People wanted all these "outsiders" in charge who have no intelligence in now the US built up its world base of how it supports itself. Cutting USAID which supported a lot of local farmers. They don't care though, they aren't even trying to learn, just want to do what they want and screw the 99% of others. It's a class war even if 50% of people can't see it.

I get the corruption of life time appointments of judges or prosecutors, how democracy should ensure they are kept fair and impartial, but really it's just turned it into a political farce and drawn lines in the divide. I kind of like our stoic judges and attorneys who focus on the facts instead of any political grand standing. Honestly makes me think we should do away with politicians and just have everything run through the civil service and merit based promotions. They do most of the work, just have civil service merit based and committees who appoint and promote people.

If we stop asking hammers to nail screws and screwdrivers to hammer nails we could all be a lot happier by enjoying them for what they are and what they do instead of 1 tool can be everything for you approach.
