Absurdity

I've had several issues with them now, and I've decided to stop ordering from them. At first I would always order from them as they were the only ones who did online ordering, but it's not worth it anymore.

The first problem occurred one night when I ordered a couple of pizzas, one of the ingredients being fresh basil. They were out of fresh basil, and instead of contacting my e-mail they decided it would be a good idea to call the phone which I never answer. Now instead of making the one pizza without basil or just sending one of the two pizzas they cancelled the whole order. They didn't notify me be e-mail, instead they left a voicemail on my phone saying the order was cancelled. I ended up going to McDonald's that day.

Today I tried to order from their site, but apparently I'm being IP blocked. This is the final straw and I don't want to deal with them anymore. I have just switched to MTS so as of last Wednesday I have a new IP address, which is apparently being blocked by them.

Now that all the pizza joints are offering online ordering I can shop around a bit more, I like Pizza Hut and Boston Pizza, though they can be a tad pricey. I am going to try Domino's tonight, see how their pizza is.
