Absurdity

White chalk,
Scratching on a black board,
Dust falling down,
Scattering over the floor.
White dust,
Sitting on the floor,
Shoes step on it,
Carrying it away to freedom.
White dirt ,
Blowing in the wind,
Gathering in clouds,
Swimming through the air.
Black dirt ,
Filling our cities,
Breathing in our lungs,
Killing the people struggling through their daily lives.
